The emails and phones provided are used only for contacts regarding purchases on the website. All information provided on our website is for the purchase and sale facilitation procedure. The CPF is required by law to issue invoices and to send goods. The password made in the store is stored in encrypted form and is stored in the website's database, where we do not have access, and only the person responsible for the registration has knowledge of it.
Payments made with credit cards are registered directly in the database of the card administrators, no information remains with the shopkeeper. All transactions are verified and carried out by the card administrators, where each one returns if the purchase is authorized or not.
RETURNS
To guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, we have created our policy of exchanges and returns in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The deadline for returning the purchase is up to seven calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be sent in its original packaging, without signs of use and accompanied by an invoice.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
All of our deliveries are carefully monitored so that the product reaches its destination in perfect condition. We depend on the post office and follow the delivery deadlines established by the same.
Delays, discrepancies or lost packages must be notified by email chinarelliartesanal@gmail.com, informing the order number and what happened, so that we can notify the post office and appeal!
